Your anger issue is actually half of the issue.

What you do well is that you have a clear idea of what or who is making you angry (for example you boss, or the how unfair something is to your eyes).

It is great that you know exactly that is triggering your anger.

What is letting you down are your actions. Even if your actions are an attempt to make the situation better, you end up becoming aggressive. For example you shout at people or you want to hit them.

As a consequence you not only have little chances to change what is making you happy, but you end up feeling guilty for what you did.

You might think "That wasn't me", and it might be time to rethink your strategies.
