1- Upcoming Planned Absence

June absence – 24th to 28th June I will not be seeing clients during the last week of June from 24th to 28th June due to professional development. All sessions during that week are cancelled.

Summer Leave – 22nd July to 9th August I will be on Summer leave for a duration of three weeks from Monday 22nd July to Friday 9th August. All sessions during this period of time are cancelled.

2- Requesting a cancellation or a reschedule

If you need to request a cancellation or a reschedule please tell me in person at the beginning of a session or, outside of session time, please email me with the following information

  • Dates you want to cancel

  • Days and times when you are available to reschedule

If I do not receive a request for reschedule, I will ask you whether you would like to reschedule.

3- Interim cancellations policy from 1st September to 31st December 2019

Please notice that, from 1st September to 31st December 2019, the following policy will replace the existing one.

  • 3.1 Sessions cancelled with less than 48-hour notice cannot be rescheduled and need to be paid in full by bank transfer before the beginning of the cancelled session.

  • 3.2 Cancellations requested with more than 48-hour notice can be rescheduled to a different time and day without charges. Rescheduled sessions cannot be rescheduled again and, if cancelled, are fully charged. If rescheduling is not possible or not requested, the following charges apply:

    (NEW) I divide the year in blocks of 4 months each

    1- January to April                     2- May to August                      3- September to December  

    During each block of time, the first two cancellations with more than 48-hour notice are free of charge. All other cancellations within the same block of time are fully charged.

4- Cancellation policy from 1st January 2020

  • 4.1 Sessions cancelled with less than 48-hour notice cannot be rescheduled and need to be paid in full by bank transfer before the beginning of the cancelled session.

  • 4.2 Cancellations requested with more than 48-hour notice can be rescheduled to a different time and day without charges. Rescheduled sessions cannot be rescheduled again and, if cancelled, are fully charged. If rescheduling is not possible, the following charges apply. I divide the year in blocks of 4 months each

1- January to April                     2- May to August                      3- September to December  

(NEW) During each block of time, the first cancellation with more than 48-hour notice is charged half price. All other cancellations within the same block of time are fully charged.

  • 4.3 (NEW) Absences communicated with large notice. If you know of a period of time in which you will not be able to attend sessions, I allow a maximum of 4 sessions free of charge every 12 months of therapy if I receive notice of at least 3 weeks. For cancellations during the first 3 weeks of therapy, please speak to me in session.
